From Wikipedia: “Franchising is the practice of using another firm’s successful business model. The word ‘franchise’ is of anglo-French derivation – from franc – meaning free, and is used both as a noun and as a (transitive) verb.”
Today, franchising does make you free. It gives you the freedom to determine your own destiny and create economic freedom for yourself and a legacy for your loved ones. But as with anything else, there are advantages as well as pitfalls, which should be avoided.
The purpose of this site is to explore the intricacies of franchising and to educate you, so that you can make an informed decision as to whether franchising is right for you and if so, how to choose the best one that suits your abilities and requisites.
Buying a franchise is not that much different than attending college; in both instances you are paying to be educated in a particular field of endeavor. The difference being that upon completion of your studies at a college, they give you a diploma, a hand shake and wish you well; with a franchise, upon completion of your training, you receive an income producing business enterprise, continued support and guidance, the use of their brand name and the opportunity to grow and expand with the franchise as it grows.
Given these similarities, we thought it would be a good idea to conduct this program like a university course of study. There will be a lesson plan and as you complete each section, there will be an opportunity to review and answer any questions you may have. Once successfully completed, you will be allowed to go on to the next section and so on until you have completed your course of study. At that point, you will be very knowledgeable about franchising and be able to choose a path that is best for you. It should be noted for the purpose of full disclosure that we are a franchisor and although it is our intention to give an unbiased and even handed representation of facts, we may from time to time use attributes of our franchise as examples to help you better understand specifics points.
On the following page there will be a course outline as well as a registration form. The information you give us will only be used to track your progress; it will not be sold, shared or in any other way disseminated to any third parties. We will only call or Email you with information pertinent to your studies or upon your request.
